Mary legally adopted a 35-yr old adult, Michael Brooks, known in the Web 3 world as the Rook, who first came to her home as an Airbnb guest. Michael himself helps tell their story through audio clips. She shares the magical story of his adoption, and how he died just two years later in February 2024, as well as touching moments, before and after death, showing their mother-son bond of love.
